I am a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker in both New Hampshire and Maine. As a Seller's Agent, I believe each property deserves a focused and customized approach to selling with weekly adjustments to the marketing plan to keep the listing fresh. While I am a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, my focus area includes a broad range of properties from condos to colonials, farmhouses to log homes, multifamily to commercial, lakeside luxury to mountainside ski homes.

I also work as a Buyer's Agent. This benefits my Listing clients as I get dozens of Buyer leads a week.

As a Buyer client you can be assured that I will work diligently to get you the best price on the property you are interested in and to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision prior to making an offer.

But my job does not stop once you are Under Contract. I take a hands on approach in all of my transactions. I am a resource in your quest for preferred vendors. I will coordinate and attend inspections and appraisal appointments, help facilitate the mortgage process and most importantly keep you informed on all the deadlines prior to closing.

After you get the keys, I don't just shake your hand and walk away. I am happy to continue to provide assistance to you in recommending local contractors and service providers, or to help coordinate any improvements you may have planned for your new property.

When I am not obsessing about all things housing you can find me on the ski slopes, enjoying a meal outside with locally sourced food or hiking with my husband Kevin and our dog "Whiskey." I am available 7 days a week to show property or talk about listing your home.
